The iconic Gräshoppa floor lamp was first produced in 1947 by the female pioneer Greta M. Grossman. The one of a kind three-legged base of the Gräshoppa floor lamp is tilted backwards, giving the impression that the lamp is somehow alive and stalking its prey. As one of Grossman's most iconic designs, the original lamp has an elongated conical shade that can be rotated to direct the light where it's needed. The lamp has a toggle switch on the cable with which it can be switched on and off.
